EVPM1345 installation instructions?

Hi all,
Might anyone have the installation instructions handy for the E-pro EVPM1345 module?  I never got around to installing mine on my E-pro and I've long lost the instructions.  I'm feeling like now might be the time.

The installation instructions come with the module when you order it through its official distribution channel on http://ethermagic.eu

Thanks Theirry, the website has a link to a webpage of yours but it has been long offline.  Thanks for the email suggestion, I'm a bit embarrassed that I hadn't thought about that.

Christopher, nope I'm not Daryl.  I bought an E-pro when they first hit the market and have played it like it is since.  As mentioned above I grabbed a volume module but just hadn't installed it, I think the time is now.
