Added a Facebook "Like" button to the news posts

My hope is that this makes it easier for folks to share links to our news posts, and we find more new thereminsts as a result.

Give it a try and let me know what you think. I'd love to hear if you think it's useful or obtrusive.

I ended up taking the buttons off the forums posts because they were slowing things down and causing some other formatting problems.  I also fixed a bug in the paging links and updated them to make it easier to jump to the last page of a topic.
