Help request Theremin: Ether Music and Espionage in e-book format

I noticed tonight that Albert Glinsky's book, Theremin: Ether Music and Espionage, is not available in e-book form for the Amazon Kindle or the Barnes and Noble Nook.

Their pages, however, have links we can all click to request the publisher to make it available in each e-book format.

Just think... we can all help save trees AND promote the continued publishing of this great work with a simple click!

Yes, this book really needs to be converted to Kindle, or other e-book formats. I actually have the physical book which was a gift to me, but with my vision, it would take years for me to read it as is. I've hit that request for e-book button many times over the last few months. However, It would take the author quite a long time to convert the book. There are also likely legal issues with the publisher's production contract with the author that might get in the way of this too. Hopefuly, more requests from the rest of us will have positive results. :)
