I know this one is a pain in the butt and may require a third party control which is probably not in the budget. But spell check on the forums input screen would be a great enhancement.
I have my own local checker, but an integrated solution might be very handy for the general public.

I'm sure you can crank it out after your global business trips, 32 hour work days in the velvet sweatshop, and late nights taking care of the children. :~) Thanks a million for all the work you do on this portal!

There's no need to wait for Jason to implement this - you can do it locally...

For Firefox on any platform a spell-checking function is available via the Google toolbar: http://toolbar.google.com/firefox/index.html (http://toolbar.google.com/firefox/index.html).

They also have a version for Internet Explorer for Windows: http://toolbar.google.com/index_2 (http://toolbar.google.com/index_2).

In Mac OS X Tiger spell-checking is available almost everywhere that you can type text - turn it on via the contextual menu (control-click inside a form.)

I have not tried the Google solutions, but I know the Mac OS X solution works flawlessly.

Hope this helps.
