My daughter, Laura (7), spotted a theremin on the CITV (http://www.citv.co.uk/page.asp?partid=62) programme Prove It!

It was a plain bronze No1nderland 002 (http://www.no1derland.com/gallery2/gal2BZ.htm) pitch-only Theremin, and in one of the "Sixty Second Prove It" segments, presenter Joe uses it to prove to presenter James that he can make music without touching an instrument.

Still clips from the show can be found on the show's website, here (http://www.proveit.tv/series-2/fs.html?p=9&s=1). I note with dismay that the site spells theremin as theramin.

That's great that they're introducing the theremin to kids and also pointing out its features as a musical instrument. It's ok that they spelled it theramin because most articles and videos about theremins are tagged theramin to get more hits.
