Need circuit help

I'm trying to build Fred Nachbaur's Dis*Player. Mr Nachbaur passed away and currently his site is down. I have all the files saved to my hard drive but I'm having problems figuring a few things out.

I need someone who can look at the schematic and the circuit board art and help me identify a few things. For someone who knows how to read a schematic (better then me anyway :-) it'll probably take five minutes.

Help...
