Building a Theremine...

I´d like to build a Theremin on my own and I´ll use one of the easier circuit diagram on http://home.att.net/~theremin1/ . So my question is, is here anybody that already has built Theremins and would be so kind to give me some help when I have questions, best would be if you had Icq or something like that but here in this forum I´d be happy too.
