Tuning Instructions for SWTP 142

I just dug my old SWTP 142 out of the basement, popped in a battery, and got nothing out. I assume it needs tuning, but I no longer have the instructions and am hesitant about plunging in blindly. Can someone help me out? It's the newer version, with the small, square inductors and potentiometers.
