Problem

I have bought and built the moog theremin kit. It worked fine at first but when i put it on a micstand it sounds all the time. And i have tried to turn the pitch knob. and it is quiet somewere in the middle but then the pitch rises when i have my arm towards me or the opposit. whats wrong?

The mic stand adds additional grounding/earthing which influences the oscillators. You will have to adjust at least L6 as described here in this service manual on page 7 (http://www.moogmusic.com/manuals/HotRodEtherwav.pdf)
