Help with a song name

Hi everybody, my name is Juliano, and i´m from Brazil.It´s a long story but i´m looking for a song name for many years. They use this song here in Brazil as a soundtrack for a famous cartoon , he man, because they spoilded the original soundtrack(the tv company).I´m sure that the main instrument in the song is the Theremin, so i´m asking you some help.The file is very small, 700 kb, please try to identify the song.I´m sure that you are the only ones that can do this.

They used a totally different theme than what's used for the American version.

It sure sounds like a theremin may have been used, but it also sounds like they sampled it into a keyboard, and played it back with the keyboard. (I could be wrong.)

As for the name, you may want to contact the television station which aired the program, or the company which did the language, and theme for your country's translation of He-Man.
