I would like to take detailed photos. of an RCA Theremin and use them for a commercial purpose.
Does anyone know what the copyright issues are?

The design of the RCA theremin itself is probably still under copyright: basically, nothing created after 1927 ever goes out of copyright in the US. However, the reality is that RCA probably couldn't care less about it, which is why people regularly exchange information about it on the net without getting sued.
