I had a very nice theremin-themed weekend recently. I attended the play, "Pidgeon," ( in New York City, watched the Clara Rockmore 30-minute TV interview in the tape archives at the William Paley Center for Media ( in NYC, then spent a few hours at the Museum of Broadcasting ( in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The museum has an amazing collection of radio and TV artifacts, including vacuum tubes, telegraph keys, radios, TVs, phonographs and studio equipment. I enjoyed playing their vintage RCA theremin and visiting with the museum staff members. If you get a chance, be sure to check out this museum. It's great!
