The Machinist (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0361862/) is a 2004 thriller starring Christian Bale as an insomniac industrial worker who is slowly going insane. The movie's soundtrack features a Theremin played by none else than Lydia Kavina herself. Definitely recommended.
