Motley Crue Theremin?

Some clerk at Guitar Center the other day was trying to sell me stuff. I told him that I was looking for an amp for a Theremin. He asked what it was. I started to explain and he said "Oh like the one Motley Crue plays on this current tour". I said I had no idea and he said "Like the one Jimmy Page used, right?". I said that from what I understood, Page did use one. I'm curious now.

Motley Crue is a load of dung and I would find it a bit aggravating if they were using one. Anyone know if they are?

I've heard Nikki Stix (six?) is using one on the current tour. I can't say whether he's using it for noise or music though. I'm guessing noise, based on their other "music" ;)

somewhat related/unrelated...

i saw victor wooten (bela fleck's bassist) play a couple months back, his keyboardist used a theremin...in funk music. it was really weird. he made it sound like turntables the way he was playing.
