Jaycar buying experience

Hi guys,

I'm in the uk and looking to buy a Jaycar kit as a christmas present. Now I guess the stuff comes from Oz anybody any experience with ordering from them? Do you think I'd get it within the next couple of weeks. I have emailed sales in uk and Oz a couple of days back but have yet to get a reply which doesn't give a lot of confidence.

BTW the kit I'm buying is the midi theremin (a contradiction?)

Hi there,

The chap from Jaycar advised 2 weeks to the UK. I ordered 2 theremin kits (the analogue variety) on the 14th and they arrived safely here in Edinburgh this morning.

I think you can safely assume they will be here for Christmas if you order now.

I received my midi theremin kit from Jaycar within 6 days, and I am living at Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Sorry, I haven't 'build' it yet.
