flickr: World Thereminization hits Japan

i live in tokyo so maybe i could pop down there and have a look for you. though this being japan, the display may well have changed if the photo was taken last week.

i visited that store's homepage to see if there was any info, just this photo:

Very cool! So, I assume from the reverse letters & icon this is some sort of camera store? I'm curious as to why they have such a great theremin sitting idle in their window.

Good eye Jason! That is a Wavefront Classic. It is hard to tell from the photo because of the angle. The camera is so far below the theremin you can see the bottom of the cabinet. You also can't see the curved music stand portion. I looked at my Classic from below, it matches the picture.
