I´m going to sell my lovely Moog EW Theremin Pro, as I cannot play it enough well and my focus is still staying towards synths & studio gear ;)
I have owned it since new and it is almost unused and does not have an original box, dvd and manual. Otherwise all parts of the instrument are naturally included.
I have a Paypal-account and I can ship anywhere in the world with UPS and I have good prices from them, as I use them in my "daily job" in pro audio & lighting distribution company in Finland.
