This same Craigslist posting came up again recently, but it's clearly a scam. The poster would not agree to a Skype call to demo the unit ("sorry, I don't use social networks"), and when I asked for a phone number so I could call to discuss details the excuse was "sorry, I just had jaw surgery and I can hardly breathe a word... but please send any questions you may have over email!"
