Etherwave power connection wobbles?

Hello all,

Ive got another noobie question here. I just got my Etherwave (in walnut) and also a nice K&M mic stand. Looks and sounds beautiful! But I noticed that when I plug the power adapter into the theremin, I can feel the socket in the chassis moving slightly. There's no issues with the power, I just want to make sure this is normal. I would think so, since I believe the plug is simply connected to the circuit board, but figured I'd ask the experts!

Mine did that too, not to worry I think.  IIRC it's a plastic 5-pin DIN, kinda rickety.

 Thank you dewster! Mine is a 3-pin, but you're spot on about it being a plastic DIN.
