800$?!  sounds pretty expensive, for what you get. well, doepfer make good and affordable modules, but that theremin module is really more a airwave-joystick.not very precise but useable as a handfree cv-controller. 0-10v and a gate. then a vco and vca...and a power supply which will be sooner or later to weak for a bigger system. 60hp..rofl!
for 800$ , one could be better served with a etherwave plus and a doepfer dark-enrgy, a behringer neutron, or a make-noise zerocoast or diy a dreadbox lil’erebus. or.....
hell, there are so many possibilities.
one could also diy (kits) as much modules as possible just to save sometimes half the price of the built module. but even then..beside all the sounds it can produce..and joy it can bring...the eurorack-synthizism itself can get very fast very expensive.
and a 60hp rack soon far to small.

Yeah, it seems pretty expensive and probably not all that practical or playable in a Theremin sense to me too, just wanted to point out something I ran across.

So you have first-hand experience with the Doepfer Theremin module?
