Theremin in the closet

Hello all, 

I found what appears to be a theremin in a storage room and would like to build it, however, I am without the instructions. It appears as if some of the bags were opened but nothing seems to be missing. With that being said, I don't have the manual so I can't check. The person who I acquired this from claimed everything was there. 

Does anyone have leads based on the photos I've attached - or am I out of luck completely?

This is the Silicon Chip (magazine) Theremin (see the big "SC" on the back of the PWB).  Google it, and there were people here modding it a while back, so you might try searching the TW archives.
