Etherwave Pro for sale in the Seattle area

Found this on Craigslist last night. It appears to be one of the rarer walnut-backed versions.

The pricing is ridiculous... Over $10k CAD? With the Claravox just around the corner too? Not that I expect the instruments to be the same, but fanatical about the Pro as I am, I don't think even I would bite for this much.

8 Grand is in line with the prices I've seen on ebay/reverb the last few years. If someone is willing to pay that much for it, why not? I wonder if the sale is going to fund the owner's purchase of a Claravox
