Hi! I can't edit my profile because I am not validated as a non-spam user. How can I confirm my non-spam profile?

Jason told me that if you make enough posts, it will happen automatically.  I'm not sure if that actually works though.

Thanks! Perhaps this reply will help me reach the fabled non-spam existence!

So in order for the website to consider you as not a spammer, you need to repeatedly post messages?

But I think David’s right - I was able to edit my personal info after a few months of creating an account, and I guess a number of contributions.

I think it’s called the non-spam Goldilocks Zone, neither too little contribution nor too much!

Will we get notification when we can edit our profile?

Sorry, I don’t have that implemented. The whole forum is built on ancient tech and very difficult to modify these days. I’m sorry to say Thereminworld is probably on its last legs and if anything major becomes unsupported or breaks, I might not be able to carry it forward.

Jason you gave all that you had in your quiet way that was beautiful. All things conclude at some point, even me. I share my theremin version of “The Swan”. This is performed in St Petersburg Russia 2020 by Valery Shamarin who will forever be my friend. Let us not forget the Authentic Theremin Sound from Nature.
