I've been away for a while and didn't realize that this was happening, but I'm glad to see the site is still up. One just assumes that a resource like this is always going to be around, but I fully understand your position. Maintaining a website is expensive and time consuming, and the driving passions that start and keep these things alive can and will change over the years.
Thank you for all the effort that you have put into maintaining this site and for giving the heads up so that we can personally archive it while it is still up. I would hope there could be someone to take it over if that is something you would consider. It's almost as if the theremin is dying off given the reduced availability of decent commercially available instruments and the cultural changes leading to a reluctance to put in the work need to learn to play.
I do hope that there is a way that the site can be archived for future public access. I don't know of any other forum that can replace it.
