Has anyone had a chance to try using a classic Etherwave Standard/Etherwave Plus 120V 60Hz transformer power supply with 120V 50Hz power (from a stepdown transformer)?
In the past I have had mixed results using transformer wall warts on 50Hz power - sometimes they are OK, sometimes they overheat and/or buzz.
Note I am not asking about the universal power bricks for the DC powered models like the Theremini, Claravox, and new Etherwave.
