I am an aerospace engineer and economist. I earn my life doing aircraft maintenance in an airline. Electronics in general is a hobby. I like to built thing from scratch. I have built tube guitar amplifiers, HIFI tube and solid state amplifiers, and some other strange things (robots). I built a Theremax to understand what a Theremin was, but I was a little disappointed. Then I bought an etherwave standard, which is better, but not much better. I am trying to understand how to improve those designs to make them more playable. My problem: I have now three children and my workshop is now a children room. So I have no space to build and experiment. I am little frustrated, but until I find a solution I study problems and make electronic simulations (which is not a good substitute of the real thing).
