Be respectful though with these, Unless you have the mechanical rights (I *think* that's what the copyright for a recording is called) you cannot use these recordings in public performance or post your playing along to them on the Internet or radio. It's not considered a cover if you use someone's recording so ASCAP venues don't cover them I think.
The music minus ones are really well done sets but their performance licensing is high, high, high.
The Takeuchi book has a CD like that with exercises and beginner pieces, also very slow but a fantastic learning tool.
These are very good tools for practice and getting new pieces under your fingers, and with music minus one you can get the score and then record your own backing. It's time consuming, by far new backing tracks take the longest amount of time for me, but gives you a unified personal interpretation, and it's fun to play along with yourself.
