In Lucid Dreaming state the dreamer can actively participate in and manipulate imaginary experiences in the dream environment.

Would be nice to be able to do that in real too ;) At least at the Theremin :)

I don't know. That would be pretty strange, and cool at once.

I remember hearing about native Americans teaching their kids about lucid dreaming to control bad dreams.

I have lucid or semi-lucid dreams quite frequently. Tonight I had one and this conversation gave me the idea of materializing a theremin and playing it.

It sounded delightful, but the sound didn't really match what I was doing with my hands, I was just making it up. It felt like cheating.
