"yes ... A ;) of thereminists." - Amethyste

Sadly, I find that unpronouncable! ;-) ... Wasnt even sure if its a ;-) of thereminists or an ;-) of thereminists.. Or even how you spell it -   ;) or ;-)

But actually its more likely to be 8) or 8-)

Initially I thought of A 'Temperamental' of theremins

but after scanning another thread, picking out something which Fred M wrote I would like to suggest (on Fred's behalf)

A 'massive heterodyne' of theremins.

Good one Fred!

Thanks Roy ;-)

But your "'Temperamental' of theremins" is damn close ;-) ... Err, whats the opposite of "tempered" (as in the musical term - or "randomly tempered") ?

One of the things I find about a "challenge" like this is that it seems to expose my "dark side" LOL - I can think of numerous mildly derogatory possible collective nouns, but few complimentary ones.. Reading your "temperamental" a "Squabble of thereminists" popped into my head ;-)

Beware the dark side Fred...

So far as Im concerned, cute doesn't do it, mildly subversive and risque always wins :-)
