Where can I purchase the variable inductors for an Etherwave?

154ans-t1019z

If not, anyone know of good substitutes?

Toko appears to be correct. The two listed part numbers data sheets can be found at: http://download.siliconexpert.com/pdfs/quickdata/tok/10ez.pdf
Try Digikey first, then Mouser, Allied, or Newark for the parts or close equivalent.
