I bought one of the fabulous Engels Theremin Cellos, one of ten in the world. While I am not certain yet, I may need to sell it in order to finance another unique opportunity. The price is high... $5500, but it is an amazing instrument, and there certainly will never be any more made like this.

Like any instrument, it takes practice, but I did find it much easier to play than a standard theremin. Sorry, no trades.

Let me know if you are interested.

Please make sure it goes to someone who can look after it.

...I have seen this before, but I didn't care to learn more about it yet - but I'll be googling this momentarily; on the first view it looks like a ribbon-controller with some sound-generation electronics attached to it...correct?
