I really love your ethereal playing style, Armen - you clearly treat the theremin as an instrument in its own right, as opposed to using it to imitate others.

Glorious.

Wonderful stuff Armen! Thanks so much for posting them. It's great to hear you play again, especially for those of us unable to drop by the Big Apple to see you in person.

Armen,

Good to hear some of your recent work.

I especially liked Ashkhar. Very haunting.

Thank you for sharing.

Simply splendid Armen. The piece incorporating spoken text is a super groovy addition to the line up and takes me right back into your La Mama show. Thanks for including the photos too.
Mmmmm, wonder if it's time for an extended version of your CD with the new stuff? :~)

pretty good
reminds me a lot of clara rockmore
this is prolly the best i've heard since her
i like more of the instramental ones rather than the one with speaking

And not only that Thereminz, Armen brings back the unabashed glamour and poise one used to see in the classical music performances and ritzy salons of the Rockmore era. Catch him live if you can, it's a revelation of both sublime music and haute couture.
