Back in my days hanging around the organists guild it was a common lament that audiences were small and organists never attended each others events.
Even if it's not always my cup of tea, I'm trying my darndest to support any theremin event I hear of.
"They also serve who only stand and wait" or sit an listen as the case may be.

Also, do you have a pic. of a theremin in your cube or work place? Just one curious co-worker means one more person who learns or remembers what it is.

I don't have any theremin pics on my desk but maybe it is time to get one.

I do notify my co-workers of my gigs and some of them even show up once in a while....

In the spirit of Halloween, I've actually taken my Kees theremin into work for a couple of days the last two years. I've had just a few people show any interest or try their hand at it. From the rest I'd just get disinterest and indifference. Unfortunately, that seems to be the trend these days....at least where I work.
