I don't know how accurate the information is on this YouTube video, but it looks like a very old video clip.

It looks very much like Bruce Woolley on theremin, and since there's a harp too, I'd suggest it is the Radio Science Orchestra. The grainy b/w video is just for retro effect, I suspect.

This was indeed a hoax. BW pointed out that the music in the background is Girl From Ipanema, written in 1962.

It has been removed from YouTube at BW's request.
