Probably not a good idea to take it anywhere on your bike then.

Anyway - if my lad needed to take a laptop somewhere I'd pretty much insist on giving him a lift. Mine always travels by car. It does just fine in a canvas shopping bag that way.

Have you or your folks phoned to find out what the problem is?

Tony Bassett
11 Aspern Grove,
Haverstock Hill,
Hampstead,
NW3 2AU

Phone: 020-7431-2613

You might like to read this interview (http://www.spiuk.net/investigations/other_phenomena/tony_bassett/tony_bassett.htm) with him before you call. It's always a good idea to know who you are dealing with.

If you bought through eBay I imagine they have a complaints procedure (I'm not an eBayer myself, but I did notice that he has a whole lot of positive feedback, and one complaint of goods not received. Perhaps that order came while he was having an out of body experience. :-)

Did you get a new delivery date?

Anyway, the good news is I found this on Hypnotique's website.(here (http://www.hypnotique.net/theremin/guide.htm))

"If you are after a cheaper alternative, I recommend theremins by No. 1 electronics from London, UK, they are quite cheap, stable with good features for the money and make an excellent entry level theremin."

So when it eventually arrives it sounds like its going to be OK.

:-)
