headphone output

i'm plotting to add a headphone output jack to my etherwave, as described in the "hotwiring" papers that came with it. The problem is the papers just sort of say "put these things together" without really describing how, and i completely lack background in this sort of thing. What do i do?

Well frog, I would suggest two things.

First you could go to Radio shack and buy one of those electronics kits that requires some soldering and practice that skill. Then tackle the modification.

Second and less fun though probably something that will likely be more succesful for now. Find a friend who nows something about electronics and electronics repair and convince them to do it for you.
