Being light-hearted for a moment, there is a simple way of converting the handedness of an etherwave, by remounting the antennas and the mic-stand mount. The disadvantage is that all the knobs will be upside-down afterwards. (And the power switch will be the right way up by UK standards!)
Of course, it is even easier to simply stand on the other side of the instrument, but then the knobs are on the wrong side and your back is to the audience.
