Hi!

I accidently bought one of these theremin upgrades.

http://www.thomann.de/fi/moog_etherwave_plus_field_upgrade.htm

I thought it was full theremin because there are picture of build theremin.
Instead I get bunch of electronics. I added pictures.

You're also missing...the theremin (circuit board)!

This is an Etherwave field UPGRADE kit. To be able to use it, you need to have a standard Etherwave theremin already.

So, you can either purchase a standard Etherwave and upgrade it, see if you can return the upgrade kit for a refund...or send it to me. ;-)

The thomann.de site IS confusing. This is the second instance I have heard of someone thinking the upgrade kit was a full theremin.

(The first one was someone who decided to buy a theremin after hearing me play(!) Fortunately they checked with me before spending money on what they imagined was a bargain.)

Why should that be confusing? An upgrade (as I understand it as a non English native speaker) needs always the presence of a device which shall be upgraded.

BTW: thomann offers a "30 day money-back guarantee"

I do not know why it is confusing, but people have been confused by it, therefore it is confusing.
