Innards

I'm very new to this, and still trying to understand exactly how the theremin works. Can someone tell me generally what the parts are in this photo:

The picture is of an RCA theremin. The link above takes you to a website that contains parts lists, etc for the RCA theremin.

In the pic you can see: coils, vacuum tubes, and the trimmer capacitors.

One of our thereminworld members, Dayfan, built his own replica of an RCA theremin and he has some good information about the parts:

Speaking of innards, I once had a nice pic of the innards dead on.

I had it as a screen saver until some corporate egg-head decided we should all have the same corporate propaganda as our screen saver.

I have been unable to find the pic since.
