I'm not sure if this is an appropriate/on-topic post, but I need to get this out somewhere.
I ordered a Theremin Plus from Moog 3 weeks ago, and at the beginning they said they were backordered, and that it would take 2 weeks at the most, maybe less, to ship it out to me and take my money. Then those 2 weeks went by, and when I tried to contact them, they finally told me that they were still waiting for parts and it would probably take another week for them to ship it out.
Well, it's the end of this week, and I've tried to contact them again, but for some reason the people at Moog are unbelievably difficult to reach at the right times, or able to reply to you. God forbid I need any technical assistance, if or when I finally get this thing.
Have I been waiting way too long to get this? Is it normal for Moog to be this slow at sending products to their customers? Am I being screwed over?
I'm sorry, it's just that I've been waiting so long and it's very hard to be patient when I want a theremin so badly. I've been listening to a radio podcast with Pamelia Kurstin today, so my interest has gotten into hyperdrive and it's only made me so angry at how Moog's been making me wait.
At least they haven't charged me yet. That's the only good thing that's come out of this so far.
