Thank you Amethyste,
“ Hope you are well!” - Today is a good day…
I no longer need raw samples. In the beginning of my theremin search I was trying to find out what theremins were available that would have a particular voice. I was fortunate to connect with someone local that studies theremin principles and has helped me on my quest for my own sound. I now know Clara’s voice belongs to her alone but that does not mean the voice I want is beyond my grasp. Hopefully my theremin voice sample mp3, in its full maturity, with my poor playing skills can be posted in its organic form for Easter. If the sound is good (now that will be debatable) then my theremin friend will decide if he follows the secrecy of design of the tVOX Tour and the work of Tony Henk. To translate our research into an understandable webpage requires lots of work and will show the sources for parts and how my theremin is put together in a modular construction. It is time for the theremin to get out of the box. One cool aspect is the RF volume hoop is on its own stand with a 6’ cable so it can be positioned anywhere. The response is excellent.

No other theremin sounds quite like Clara's instrument. I have heard it played by people other than Clara and frankly, in their hands, the instrument does not have the magic we hear on Clara's original recordings.
I have great appreciation for “all” of you theremin developers out there; you put so much time, effort and money into your research and so often have to backup and retrace your path, never knowing if success will come your way. Theremin research is similar to a treasure hunt but it is something more than gold we are after.
