This is Weird

Yesterday I was practicing and I put my hand on the pitch antenna. As many of you can guess it started making electro blips and whiring noises, but I found that If I stood In just the right place and moved my fingers into the right position while touching the antenna radio signals or something started palying through the amp. I have no clue what it really was because it was really fuzzy, but there were some voices and maybe some music.

Anyone else ever do this? Was I picking up AM radio or something?

i have never dont this with my theremin but i have had guitar amps and PAs pick up radio

Me too. It's kinda strange....

I've never had the problem with my Etherwaves, but my Theremax did pick up radio signals from time to time. I believe the key difference is that the Etherwave's oscillators run at a much higher rate.

Every once and a while when I play guitar that happens. Very Weird

Maybe voices from another time? I saw a movie in which one guy could talk by radio with his own father, 30 years in past time...

It happens to all etherwaves, and it happens to guitar amps too..
