Would you like e-mail notifications?

I've been toying with the idea of adding an "alert me" option to the forums. So if you're following a particular post, you could get notified by e-mail whenever someone replies to the thread.

Do people think they'd use this feature? Or would you rather have per-thread RSS feeds? Or both?
