Hi everybody!
I'm Leo, from Italy. I'd like to start play the theremin and i'm here to learn more about this beautiful instrument (and to find some advice choosing my first one). I play piano since i was a child and the electric guitar. I like to listen music, expecially experimental, avant-garde/athmospheric black metal, doom and funeral metal, darkjazz, darkambient, ambient, nwobhm. I love classical and opera.
I discovered theremin reading some old music papers at my piano teacher and the image of playing "the air" stayed still in my immagination. Some years later i started to listen youtube video and discovering theremin forums and artists. I'm now finally ready to buy my first one (not very shure if the theremini or the etherwave, as every newbie, i think 
)
