Here is (in the center of the picture) a stylish Open.Theremin built into the housing of a 1960ies portable transistor radio:
Open Theremin V3 enclosure?
I decided to make an Open Theremin enclosure based on the RCA Prototype images and description...I can make the files available, it's laser cut and the 20 mm knobs 3d printed...

I've still yet to house mine, it's proving trickier than I expected to find the right one. I've bought a couple of Hammond enclosures which I thought would fit fine, but unfortunately neither of them quite do. I don't have access to a 3D printer for the Thingiverse designs, so does anyone know of any commercial designs made for it, or any enclosures that will make for a compact fit?
I have just built one myself enclosure wise I suppose its down to what your have in your mind? a few bits of clear plastic could work or one of the multiple uno cases on the market may work?
i would say the options are very open and you could even think out the box a bit
the 4 pots dont have to be directly mounted to the pcb and as if you look at the circuit diagram quite alot could be moved away from the board, you dont have to use the pin headers and have the main pcb sandwiched to the Arduino
hell even could put this tiny thing on a diet and instead of running a whole uno board run the girl of a barebones chip and just enough to run the circuit like lots of people do in arduino projects?
personally i think its pretty small as it is
one idea i had was to take a block of a nice hardwood and use a router to make or hollow a cavity to slot the complete thing in and cover or make a lid from sheet plastic.
