Just curious, who makes the power bars?

Really, though, just using battery power actually suits me, one less step to have to plug it in : )

I've got a problem where the Store LED is flashing and no sound produced, app prompts to update firmware but it fails all the time. Been trying for hours and was on the phone with customer service to no avail and used different macbooks... This happens just 2 days before a major performance to an audience of around 1000+

Have tried all kinds of orders...power off, powering on, opening app before/after connecting, resting it for 1 hour, re-installing claravox etc... Everything short of using and iPad because I have not got one.

Given there are no storage accessories specifically designed for the Claravox, my wife and I designed a dust cover for mine that, hopefully, will protect it from dust:

Does anyone know of a tutorial for the Claravox editor - compared to the Theremini editor the 'vox editor seems waaaay more powerful and not as intuitive.

I have read of people having issues using it and their 'vox, losing settings and control over the device - a tutorial would be great, I am a little afraid of using the editor. Does it also effect traditional mode? I ask as I quite like the settings I have at the moment and am not sure it would be possible to restore them if things went wrong?

you can't do any harm with the editor - unless you try a Claravox firmware update and the editor fails

the first thing you can do once you have it working is download each of the current presets that are on the Claravox - that way you have backups - there is a button at the top of the presets page "receive timbre 1" the number changes depending on which timbre you have selected.

nothing is saved to the Claravox until you press the store button on the front panel- so you can select and try presets from the editor without actually changing anything on the Claravox
