Another stray thought...Kyle has his fingers in lots of projects.....restoring/collecting antique vacuum cleaners, old computers, telephones, Victrolas, etc. Now he is distracted by the fairer sex it seems, and recently passed his Amateur Radio Exam.....the official entry pass into the Hallowed Halls of Supreme Geekdom.
I wish I had half the ability he obviously does at his age.
Recording theremins is a difficult proposition. No matter how hard one tries, it seems, the subtle overtones and timbres just are not captured, OR I simply don't know what I am doing or am using vastly suboptimal recording conditions.
I have had better luck using the line out jack on the amp to recording equipment directly. BUT you must have a fast PC or you get little annoying pops when the hard drive head skips around.
