In his video "I Sing With An Electric Voice" Chris Stack uses a Moog Etherwave Plus to control the modulation of his singing voice as it passes through his Vocoder and effects chain.
It not only sounds cool, he shows and explains exactly how he did it, along with other options for using the theremin as a gestural controller. Looks very neat.
