UK theremin enthusiasts, this Thursday Australian thereminist Miles Brown (The Night Terrors) is performing a live score to a 16mm print of Germaine Dulac's groundbreaking feminist silent film La Coquille et le Clergyman (1926) in collaboration with Drill Folly. It's at Fabrica Gallery in Brighton as part of Scalarama film festival. It's going to be a weird and wonderful concoction of theremin, analogue electronics and dark psychedelia.
