Here's your chance to help commission a brand new work for theremin, harp, and string orchestra! Composer Daniel Mehdizadeh has launched an Indiegogo campaign to fund a new composition that will be performed by Thorwald Jørgensen and Renske de Leuw on May 13th, 2016.
The project hopes to raise $6000 CAD, but to date it has only raised $150 CAD. According to the project website:
Supporters will receive various perks such as concert tickets, signed musical scores, recordings, meet the composer and/or musicians, hand-written manuscripts from the composer, official recognition on musical scores, and much more.
